Biography
Born in 1983, Jordan has set his path for an academic carrier, getting his Ph.D. in Tourism and hospitality management in 2014. He has written over 30 papers before he got bored and decided to follow his life passion, fiction writing.
His first comic anthology as a scriptwriter, co-authored by Dargo Bogdanov, "Мрак Хумор Тишина" (Darkness Humor Silence) was published in 2014, while his first graphic novel, a co-lab with the same illustrator, "Витези од соседството" (Knights of the neighborhood) came out in 2016.
The short stories collection he pretends not to exist is "Време за живеење" which was published in 2001.
The reactions of the readers to his first novel "Тегли" (Jars) published in 2021, proved that he knew what he was doing, so he decided to write even more. And so "Заследи ме" (Follow back) and "Наследство: Прозорецот" (Legacy: The window) followed in 2022 and "Зборови" (Words) in 2023.
He has won two awards for the short comic "Our Eden", illustrated by Darko Bogdanov and an award for the best emerging author for the book "Прозорецот" (The Window), while he won the international short comic competition on the topic "a child, a toothbrush and a dragon" for the "Dragon slayer wanted" comic (illustrated by Andrej Manev).
He lives in Ohrid, feeding on its mysteries and beauties, while working as a tour guide and an editor for the electronic literary and arts magazine "(e)Lit".
