
Biography
Davor Stojanovski (1987, Skopje) – writer, poet, playwright, translator and musician. He holds an M.A. in Macedonian Literature, has worked as a copywriter and proof-reader. Translator from Slovenian to Macedonian (i.a. Drago Jančar, Goran Vojnović, Kajetan Kovič, Andrej Skubic).
His second novel won Macedonia’s most prestigious award – “Utrinski Vesnik” Novel of the Year in 2016. His work is published in many anthologies and literary magazines. Writer in residence in Novo Mesto (SLO) as part of the Reading Balkans project in 2018, and translator in residence in Dol pri Hrastniku (SLO) in 2021.
He lives in Carinthia, Austria. Former member of the band Foolish Green (until 2016). Фулиш Грин.
